Live Video Site - CAM4, Camfuze, Streamate - Repost -- 2

I am looking to develop a live video website with functionality similar to cam4, camfuze, and/or streamate.

To qualify for this project, you must be able to prove that you have developed a site of this type. This means you must be able to show me a working fully functional demonstration.

High level requirements:

Membership

-Membership subscription functionality (free and premium).

-Member profiles

-Integration with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube to share content

-Integration with Facebook to login to site

Billing integration

-Integration with payment gateway to:

a) pay for subscriptions

b) buying tokens to tip broadcasters

Video/Chat

-High quality streaming video capability

-Must support 1:1, 1:many, many:many broadcasts

-Potentially allow recording of broadcast for later viewing

-Ability for members to upload video or link to YouTube

-Functions for controlling voice/video, etc

Technology requirements

-RTMP Server for video streaming

-Accessible from IE, Safari, Firefox, Chrome

-Accessible from mobile devices - iPad, iPhone, Droid, WP7

We will have regular progress checks and communication via Skype or something similar. All source code and rights to software will be the property of employer.
