help me add google analytics to my website

I have a website: [login to view URL]

I can't get analytics to work. I've added analytics to hundreds of websites, but usually it's a php file named header that I use, but this site doesn't have such file.

The code is there, if you check source code of the site you will see the google analytics code, but it's not working.

the files are mostly .phtml and I don't know this type of files, never worked with these before.
