Fix Categories In WordPress

This should be a very simple project for a wordpress developer, we need someone to alphabetize the blue resource category buttons on this page vertical instead of horizontal. it used to be alphabetical vertical but when we added a new category it changed to horizontal so we need this fixed. This should not take more than a hour to fix. I also want the details on how you fixed the code, the directory etc on what you did in a text file & you must test it to make sure the buttons work after you make changes.
