Create a Wordpress Template from PSD files

You will build this out on our server. We will install wordpress and supply you with the Wordpress admin Username/Password and FTP Username/Password.

We will supply you with the PSD files. (Must have Abobe CS6)
You would need to build out the approved design as a "child" theme of the theme. You will need to setup this child theme yourself. It needs to be fully responsive. We will need you to build out the home page and all inside pages based off the site map above. The inside pages should follow the same format as the Inside page design plus create the template for the typical inside pages.
We need you to build out all the other pages and you will just apply Lorem for content. We will populate with the content once we have it from our client.
