I need a website that can handle upload of videos, pictures of a product by registered users. Other users should be able to vire the product information.
I'm on a tight budget and need this website asap.

Note: I awarded this project to someone, who did not do anything. I ended up loosing 20 bucks and loss of 3 weeks. Hope this will not happen again.
