The name of the site would be "Who Should I Vote For?" All I want to have it do is for users to be prompted with a graphic that says.. "Who Should I Vote For?" then a Start button This would be followed by 10-20 pages that contain 1 question each with 4-5 choices. At the end of the process it would show the candidate from the presidential elections that they agree with the most and the percentage of questions they answered the same as the presidential candidate. For instance, You're most compatible with: 1) Barrack Obama (D) 88% 2) Hilary Clinton (D) 72% 3) John McCain (R) 60% Least compatible with: Mitt Romney (R) 5% The winner would have a picture with the others not having one. The last thing I would want would be for the ability for most compatible candidates to be tracked and recorded and on the final page for a link to be there where users can see all the candidates ranked by how many times they were selected #1 for users. Using an administration panel as seatranker I can add the questions and candidates for the voting on the back-end and change if the issues change. I can get the picture files and everything pretty easily and again fill them in if you set up an admin panel.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
