Need someone to add simple text div into 1 page website.

Right now our entire site has a grey background, we would like to add a white div for text and content. I have attached a basic mock-up of where we would like it located. I just highlighted where we would like the content backround to be white. We would also like some type of shadow or 3d effect around the div to give it a web 2.0 type look and make it pop off the page slightly.
