Google Checkout Ecommerce Website Installation + Graphic Integration

This project will be the full installation of a script which I purchased from the following website:

This will be the full installation of the script to a hosting space, where you make sure its completely and properly linked with google checkout (which I believe is easy as a click of a button). TO make sure everything is in working condition and that we are ready to sell. This bid will end when we went through the completed website and understood how to operate this site. THere will be some minor training you might want to give us before you hand it over.

Second part of this bid will be for graphic integration. You will integrate the graphics, UI ect. purchased from the following link, to the new script you installed.

We are looking to complete this project by October 1st, it should be a hard project for professionals. If you cannot complete it by October 1st, please don't bid on it.
