Adjust Corel File

I have a Corel file (*.cdr) that is printed to a laser cutter that cuts the objects in the file out of plywood. The file consists of a map of the United States. Each state is its own object that is completly outlined. When the adjacent states are placed next to one another as in the Corel file, the borders overlap. I need only the overlapping outline of adjacent states removed. This results in the laser cutter moving over the same section two times, and burns the plywood.

All lines and curves in the file have to remain at a width of "Hairline" and remain "Red". After all the objects are cleaned up, you must also combine and group the objects accordingly so that any gaps between line segments are eliminated.

Please see attached file for an example of one border for two states that I have corrected.
