Hello..
Our website home page at [[url removed, login to view]][1] needs some cosmetic surgery.
Basically we need everything in between the pagebody div tags to be given a complete overhaul. Its hard to describe what the end product needs to be like as i have a major lack of vision in these areas but as you can imagine we need something that has that professional look whilst staying user friendly and inviting.
In keeping with the rest of the site we need the page to remain centred in the newsletter style it is in now and obviously working in all browsers and all page resolutions.
Feel free to look through the site and grab inspiration on how the home page can look professional and clean without losing the overall feel of the site.
The actual content and links on the page need to be the same so it is really just the design and layout around where and how they are placed that needs to worked on.
In your bid it would be good if you could let us know of your intention and any samples of previous work would be welcomed

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
