Description: Custom PHP/MySQL internal marketing web system that incorporates personalized variable data, custom marketing postcard / branded email creation, and time-based automated prospect marketing campaigning. Administration capability required to account manage transactions, batch orders for print and site usage / order reporting. Required PHP Web Pages • Login • Home Page / Welcome • Order History • Manage Customer Data • Shopping Cart • Template Selection • Template Customization Flash Interface (varies per template) • Order Preview (PDF download) • Mail quantity definition (upload or data query) • Non-Mail quantity / shipping definition • Shopping Cart / Checkout (non-commerce) • Reporting ( Order Tracking, Email Campaign Responses, Customer Conversion Tracking) • Admin Login • Admin Order Manage / Batch Composition • Admin Template Version Customization (Templates consist of multiple pre-defined ‘versions’) Additional Features: Automated time-based prospecting that creates personalized communications (email / PDF) from defined versions of the templates at given dates from time of prospect record upload. There is a series of 5 automated communications that consist of 3 emails and 2 postcards. Developer/Development company is responsible for hosting of files during development only. Final hosting will reside on Barnett & Murphy Inc. servers. Disclaimer Taking on the project requires signing a non-disclosure agreement relinquishing any ownership of the code. Barnett & Murphy Inc. will be sole owner of all intellectual development of the code and has full reign to modify it in any way. No development branding will be allowed to be added to the site in any way. Required Deadline: January 10/2008
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
