MSWord Conversion to formatted text

Required a visual C++ application that uses MSWord automation object to convert an MSWord file into formatted text as described below.

1. All style changes should be embeded in the text file. e.g. begining of bold font style should be marked as <BOLD>. Following styles are required to be embeded...

A. Bold <BOLD>

B. Italic <ITALICS>

C. Capital Bold <BCAPITAL>

D. Capital <CAPITAL>

E. Underline <UNDERLINE?

F. regular text <REGULAR>

2. New paragraphs should be marked as <PARA> at the begining

3. The application requires a UI where the MSWord File can be specified. Output text file can be the file with same name with TXT extension.

4. A command line version is required that takes the DOC file name as input and works with UI to produce the text file.

5. UI version should display processing statistics such as # of words, #of sentences, # of paragraphs, # of bold, italic, underlined and capitalized words and time taken to process the file.

6. Do not use MFC.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
