Incomong Data - Checks Table, Fwds Data to appropriate desitation via http get based on match (for kellenking)(repost)

Need PHP Script that takes INCOMING data, parses it. Then based on match of data in table A or table B, fwds to the appropriate URL.

So for this instance, we will use areacode and prefix of a phone number.

We receive a post, it checks to see if areacode&prefix is in tableA (MySQL db), if it matches, then it sends the data to URLA, if not, then It Checks TableB, if matches, then URLB

It would need to be well documented, so if we wanted to change the fields to match, it could be done easy.

Urla and Urlb may not be the exact same format/fieldnames, so we would need to document how to insert the values into the string.

The data we will receive will contain the following fields.

Areacode

Prefix

Suffix

FirstName

LastName

Maiden

DobMM

DobDD

DobYYYY

Email

Address1

Address2

City

State

Zip

UsersIP

Regtime

Field1

Field2

Field3

Field4

Field5

DB is MySQL. Would need to create a txt file to be used for DB creation of the master table where all incoming records would be stored. TableA and TableB will contain data for Areacode and Prefix columns/fields. Will need txt file to import to create those tables as well
