Magento problem login to admin

I was working in the admin panel under [login to view URL] and I made some adjustment under the

System | Configuration | General | Web

I changed add Store Code to Urls to Yes and I changed the Auto-redirect to Base Url to Yes (302) found). I also uder the Unsecure Tab I changed the base URL from [login to view URL] to [login to view URL]

Now I am no longer enable to loging to the [login to view URL]

Need a quick fix
