URGENT!!! Fix the module to get data from ASPX website (very small)

I have a module in my website. Before, the module was working well. However, my developer deleted a new code and he left. Now, i need to fix it.
1. Now:
- This module has a form use CURL so admin can enter user/password, captcha and login to another website (use ASP)
- After login, my website will be redirected to main website with SESSION TIMEOUT
2. NEEDED:
- Fix code, after login, this module will print a table of another link (report link) in that website.
- IN the report link, please make sure that we will have 2 fields so that admin can choose date (from..to) and get data.
Very easy for expert Drupal developer. My previous developer only work in some hours. I will talk about details in PM. Max budget is $50. This project is very URGENT. After this project finish, we will have so many work for this website, so i hope i will have a long term relationship.
