## Deliverables
We are looking for Specialized Business Relationship Management that serves the following: - Detailed Physical address location which helps our Field Service team to plan in terms of route, cost, and time. - Access to contacts in these businesses in terms of phone, e-mail as well as defining their Pre-Defined role/s with our business. - In later stage (Not part of this project) that Physical address could be Purchasing Department to associate Part numbers to its warehouse and that physical address can help our Management to generate a map of company installed hardware. - Also, In Later Stage Printing Mailing Label for normal delivery of documents, Greeting cards on Religious Holidays. - This system should feature automation aimed to ease of entry as can enter location addresses and then associate them to businesses/Contacts and thus the contact inherit all the location information and phone numbers. - The system will be used by two different companies owned by the same management and should feature user access rights for Add/Update and different viewing options. - The System will be Bi-Lingual Arabic/English and an automatic translation as Google Translation could be used to translate to English as Data Entry will be initially in Arabic. - It should be compatible with MS Outlook. Project Basic Information: We have Businesses and contacts Each business has different locations and those locations have detailed address (Country, Administrations Units, Cities, Counties, sub counties, Street Addresses, Building-Building Name-, and it could occupy different floors and suites) Also, those locations could spread across countries. Also, there are phone numbers (Country Code, City/Area Code, Network Operator, and Type (Mobile, Phone, Fax) and those phones could be Location Phone numbers which the business contact directly inherit or personal contact phone/s. Business Contacts can have different businesses. Contacts have Personal Information (Detailed Name, Birthdates, Departments, Title as well as Pre-Defined roles acting roles with our company.
