The application will be used to manage the maintenance and management of telecommunications towers and will consist of primarily the following: Document Management System - with user permissions and version control. Maintenance Management System - A system for keeping track of rucurring maintenance needs, reminding Site Managers when maintenance is required, managing contractors and requesting quotes. Inspection and Repair System - Our company provides routine "inspection" of towers, collecting information and finding problems that need to be repaired. We want to gather this information electronically in the field using laptops or PDAs, and make the data available on the web, complete with photos of repair and inventory items. Repair items would be linked into the Maintenance Management System. There are futher requirements, contact me to discuss.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working software, installed on our Windows 200 Server (Terminal Services access to our server will be provided), as well as complete source code of all work done. Source code should be at least moderately commented. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
## Platform
This project involves the development of an on-line application, that can be hosted on a Windows 2000 Server with a MS SQL Server or MySQL database. (ASP/.NET preferred). The application should be usable by any user with a 4.0 or later browser. The application will also consist of an offline data collection module, which would preferably be a Microsoft Access application.
