I need a coder that is proficient in PHP.
The coder needs to be:
1) Responding to work assigned and posts on daily basis.
2) Have good command of English language and no spelling or grammar mistakes.
3) Have a good and immediate access to internet for quick responses.
4) Work fast
5) Work independently
6) Be able to troubleshoot independently.
7) Upload work to RAC and my server on daily basis.
8) Work if needed full time.
9) Be extremely organized for coding tasks requiring rewriting of code from classic ASP or ASP.NET to PHP. (The work is to be done in PHP but all functions to be copied one by one from classic ASP or ASP.NET).
The work done needs to be compatible with all versions of PHP.
10) Have some acceptable web design skills.
11) All the code designed needs to be fully commented and indented and clear.
The coder needs to be very proficient in PHP.
I have a lot of work and once I cho0se the coder, I will upload here the work to be done and the todo list.
We will then agree on the price and the due dates.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
The work done needs to be compatible with all versions of PHP.
(Versions 4 and up).
Microsoft IIS server any version, ACCESS DB on windows and linux servers (some code will require PHP to use existing access db).
Apache Linux server and all its versions (such as wamp server, or server to go).
Shared webshosting. Windows server.
The work done should work on both Windows and Linux servers without any special requirements, any versions of servers. No additional speciall dlls or components installations.
