I run a Tech support organisation offering a wide range of tech based services to customers on a call-off or pre-paid contract basis.
I need a website to simply highlight the company identity and the services offered. Some nice graphics have already been designed which I would like to use as the brand identidy and the graphic content should follow a similar colourful and lighthearted theme.
I would like a simple site with a few pages of editable text to descrobe the service offered and also a customer enqury form.
An advanced feature that would be nice would be a customer login to log a fault and check its progress with the ability of one of my tech staff to update the record as they work on the repair etc.
Open to suggestions, timescale flexible.
