Hi.

I need an ad network built focused around video ads.

The main goal is to make it as easy to add ads to a video, as it is to add normal banner ads on a site.

Ads include floating ads(like youtube has) prerollers/postrollers , sponsored frames etc.

I don't want to give a lot of information here.

I am looking for an individual who is an expert in programming. I don't want a team, just a person. I have more projects after this and I am looking for a long term partner.
