Collage Generator with templates PHP jQuery REPOST

This is a REPOST (because suggested developer asked advanced payment oustide freelancer.com, we won't do that)
We need to build a web application (that will run inside a Facebook App) to allow users to create collages. User will choose a collage template. Templates are sets of drop zones arranged in different ways so all collages generated look different.
After template selected, user will choose images and drag to the drop zones contained in selected template. Then he will rotate, rezise, flip, etc. each image.
User can also add a custom text layer to build the collage.
User should be able to do the following with each image dragged into the template chosen
- rotate it
- resize it
- crop it
- remove it
- flip horizontally/vertically it
- move it inside the collage zone
Once all the items (images+text) were organized in the collage, user will publish it and the website will generate a JPG file of the collage created. Then user will compete against other users's collages.
Important Notes:
1- Application should be developed using php and jQuery (no matter if custom jQuery or 3rdparty plugins)
2- Clean and well named/explained Code. This is A MUST
3- Little documentation or code commenting is a plus
4- Modularity. App should run perfectly inside a Facebook iframe app
5- We could arrange and create different drop-zones templates easily so the user can choose from (see demo url)
6- User should be able to upload his own picture/photo
7- (OPTIONAL) User should be able to take a pic from his/her webcam
8- Insert a custom text layer, font, size, color (image number 10-.....)
9- Edit collage before publishing. Allow user to preview it and edit it with final changes. Once published, app generates the final jpg and no edit option will be available.
