Add a Category (with properties) Single Page WEB app (AJAX for Autocomplete)

This is a simple add a Category, and assign a key value pair. Please use Microsft SQL for this and C# Only
There sould be two tables. One for the DeviceName, DeviceId and a UserID field u can just asign the number “1” as default. The second table will have, PropertyId, DeviceId, PropertyName and Value. So “Vibrate: On”. Key Value.
Each table will also have an auto increment Id field, for consistancy.
The DeviceId and PropertyId, you are to generate two 5 digit numbers, to use as PropertId and DeviceId, you should also check if those Ids havent been used.
This form has two parts. You first Enter a Name, like “Bed”, if it exists, it should give you the option to use it. If it doenst exists, you can hit the “Add” button. Then you can add multiple Propeties to the Device.
