Save PSD into PDF

There are three PSD files with this project.
I want them to be saved as PDF. However, I don't seem to be able to do it myself. I want to files to be around 1mb each AND they should look good. As I want to send them to our customers.
It should be possible to select and copy the text from the PDF files. As I want to give our customers the option to copy and paste the url's from the files.
