Hi..

I need snow put on the attached image. I would like the effect of snow to be on top of the image as well as dripping down the sides of the image. Image should not increase in pixel size greatly as this is used for the header of a site and while the height of the image can increase some, please keep it to a maximum of an increase of 10 pixels in height.

Image is attached. Looking for a skilled person to do this.
