Search and Download images and Simple Editing - Repost - open to bidding

For this project a list of 120 Keywords will be provided. Images related to the given keywords must be found, and downloaded. I can provide a site to search for these images.
Once image is downloaded it needs to be resized to have a width of 700px and then cropped to have a height of 400-350px. Image then needs to be saved using the corresponding keyword and also have the keyword input into the Title along with a 5 star rating for the details in the image properties.
This is a simple project that I know can be done with basic internet access and photoshop (or maybe a lesser image editing program). Resizing will also be pretty straight forward as the place I will provide to download images are all the same size.
