St. Augustine Real Estate Photography

We have a contract with a property management company local to St. Augustine, Florida. We pay a flat fee per property photographed. There are between 20-30 homes that still need to have photos taken inside and outside. The square footage varies from 800-3,000+. The timing will depend on property availability, but it should mostly be able to be finished within the coming fall weeks, when tourism is at a lull.
We pay according to this scale:
1 & 2 bedroom homes: $35
3 & 4 bedroom homes: $50
5+ bedroom homes: $75
Right now we have
2 - 1 bedroom homes
10 - 2 bedroom homes
9 - 3 bedroom homes
1 - 4 bedroom home
and a few more tbd
The job could total $920+ if you do the math.
Each property is only required a maximum of 25 photos. You would be responsible for editing. You should be able to do several homes (5-10) in one day according to the availability of the houses (no guests staying in them)
