We have a youth employment platform where talent can like/dislike jobs and we want to recommend them "similar" jobs from our jobs database.
We are looking for an engineer to develop a recommendation engine for this purpose.
We are realistic and only looking at something that can be developed in 2 phases of 4 weeks each.
