Schedule Calendar Form in VB.NET

In a VB.NET project I have a GUI form to assign schedules to the different days of the year.
I need someone to finish the "[login to view URL]" dialog window, to generate a year calendar in a DataGrid object (based on the attached pictures). Based on the selected year, the calendar must match the corresponding Days of the week (Sunday to Saturday) columns of the grid.
The user can choose a schedule from the radio buttons at the bottom of the dialog and highlight the calendar cells by clicking on them. If the user click on the month (Grid header), it highlight the entire month with the selected schedule.
The calendar GUI needs to generate a list of schedule events in the [login to view URL] class, to reflect the changes made by the user, based on the highlighted days in the calendar.
