C# Print PDF

I am using both itextsharp and pdfsharp to manipulate pdfs. One thing that I cannot seem to get working is accessing the print options of the pdf. For example I would want to be able to set the page scaling to "Fit to Printable Area". I found an example of how to change the page scaling in itextsharp but the only option I see is setting it None. Also I have not even been able to get that example to work as I keep getting an exception "Document has no pages" when i attempt to close the document. Here is the example below:

Already facing this problem, also if you have Unicode data such as Arabic it will not be printed fine, I have a very old experience with iTextsharp library, so let me do it for you
