The task to design such an FIMB to reduce cost of traveling and the needless creation of traffic that copying everyone on an email creates.
To design and build such a system that would allow researchers to open a discussion about their own topics and for others to contribute as they wish.
The researchers envisage the system according to the following criterion:-
• each researcher may post exactly one research topic
• each researcher may see all research topics posted by other researchers
• each researcher may read all messages contributed by all researchers on a particular research topic;
• each researcher may post a new message to contribute to the discussion on any of the topics posted
in addition to the following:
• each message posted must include the writer’s name, time and date, i.e.,
