Smartphone app that will report to parents txt msg, MMS pictures or videos, screen grab of Snapchat and other IM type app (low res is ok). Web history, even in Private Mode, basically a keylogger for smartphones. App can batch to send when in wifi. Can email or upload to Dropbox/ Box/Google Drive account that parent has.
App would be password protected for parents to change settings, but should not be delete-able by the child.
Would like an option to change DNS to OpenDNS to block categories of websites.
