Need a super smooth tinder app like android with minor modifications

It needs to preload 10 profiles at a time

be able to connect users by distance using geolocation data

incredibly speedy (I need a user who can code natively and quickly)

Ability to Login and get picture, location, and name from fb or instagram

Ability to edit information

Ability to create fresh account using email and upload images from phone

MUST Make sure everything is instant, can't have lag or crashes in the app that is grounds for me not paying at all. I REPEAT if the app lags on a modern ANDROID quad core phone I will not pay anything for it. I will use a Nexus 5 as a benchmark.
