Our requirements are the following

Group A.

-priority level (Low)

A 2 way communication for All users (this would be for marketing purposes- occasionally this is not a high priority now but we will need it in the future) sms

communication would be preferred here for marketing purposes, surveys etc.

Group B. -priority level (High)

A 2 way communication for feature phone users ( those with no internet capability on their phones would need this access). The types of communication would include;

- Ability to send simple commands corresponding to our application

- Ability to receive a response from the command e.g

- A way to register to use the Softlink service

- Ability to view a list of products, prices e.t.c

- Ability for a user to see what they have signed up for

- Ability to receive a message from another user through Softlink or ussd

- Ability to send a message to another user through app or ussd
