iOS / Android App needs basic 2 screens updates -ReactNative - Redux - Saga technologies needed. MYSQL TOO

The App has 49 screens. I have the need to update 2 screens. I have all codes in ReactNative / Redux / Saga technologies and MySQL . 1 screen will connect to the API that is already developed that contains 3 entry fields. I need basic error control on data entered in these 3 fields. Also, I need to add a 4th field with a button saying click here to upload your MP3. After clicking the button we will go into the storage of the cell phone to upload an MP3 song. This song will be uploaded to the server and will create an entry in the DB with the location of the file. We will be using Amazon EC2 and S3. For now, as development, we are hosting the API in a simple LAMP hosting with Laravel.
