Complete Ionic Application

I need an Ionic application to be completed. It is integrated with Wordpress Rest API. It needs to be able to build for iOS and Android.
What needs to be done:
Push Notifications from a Wordpress System, the system already has OneSignal Push Notification but for another application. These push notification for this app would be post category specific
Geolocation Ads - the admin user in Wordpress can create a post with a custom category which identifies it as a Geo Ad, the app will be polling for these post and store them on the device. If the user is close to the map location they get a notification. On click the notification they can go into the app and view the advertisement.
Lastly, there is a sign in that allows the user to login via WP Rest API. The login credentials should be stored on the phone. With that said some of the pages in the app load via the ionic "InAppBrowser", I need that when these pages loaded, the user is logged in automatically.
