App TypeScrip on Expo Platform (React Native)

We are building an app and we need some help with this. The app is build with TypeScript on Expo platform ([login to view URL])l Expo is a framework on React Native.
We have coordinates from our gps device. on the map like openstreetmaps or google maps we can already show the coordinates.
The user manual have to tell the app 4 corners on the map that will be a rectangle. This rectangle (depending on the location) can be crooked. We have to fix that the rectangle on the map is turned vertical 100%.
