Write an Android application in Android Studio

Need an android app created with Android Studio and code must be commented.
The app will need to be able to obtain data from a website and allow users to register through the app and view and search for specific information.
i think this app will need to have a service on a web server to obtain the information but the coder will decide that.
This is for training so it must be commented code so I can learn.
I will pick any random site for this project.
