DFIG wind turbine based model on Simulink

I need to build a wind turbine which as a constant speed (airflow is constant at 35.4m/s) with doubly fed induction generator or squirrel cage (as they are the best on fixed speed). I will need to build the model on MATLAB/Simulink.
Most important part is the control of the generated power (45kW). the wind turbine to be connected to a gas turbine that produces 30MW.

You need to find Ki, Kp, inertia and so on then implement the model as basic as possible but most be reliable
form voltage and output power point of view.
report with reference if needed (IEEE) is also required with no minimum word count but most discuss the model fairly.
