The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing regular classes, doubt-solving sessions, and masterclasses.
- Preparing Daily Assignments, Tests, class notes, and Teaching Materials.
- Building effective relationships with students and parents.
- Designing a Learning Improvement Strategy to enhance students' performance.
Key Requirements:
- Experienced in tutoring in Math, Science, and English.
- Proficient in teaching middle school (6-8) and high school (9-12) students.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Able to develop engaging teaching materials.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms.
Skills required:
- Strong subject knowledge in math, science, English, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching style
- Patience and empathy
- Previous tutoring experience
Your responsibilities will include creating an engaging learning environment, adapting to students' needs, and tracking and reporting on students' progress. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and committed to helping students reach their full potential.
Technical Requirements:
● Reliable internet connection at home, with download and upload speeds of at least 1 Mbps.
● Laptop or Desktop computer.
● Webcam.
● Headset/Earphones.
