Marketing consultant needed / cmo as a service

We are virpace, a SAAS startup, we need strategic marketing guidance to effectively reach and engage our target audience.
We are looking for an experienced marketing consultant or part-time CMO to provide bi-weekly/monthly oversight and direction to our marketing initiatives. The main responsibilities will be:
1. Analyzing our existing marketing strategies, plans and identifying areas for optimization.
2. Refining the definition of our target audience through research, surveys and competitor analysis.
3. Recommending improvements in marketing tactics to connect better with our audience.
4. Optimizing website UX, content, SEO and conversion rates through reviews and testing.
5. Performing a competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities.
6. Proposing performance indicators and monitoring mechanisms in accordance with our goals.
7. Providing strategic marketing direction in accordance with our budget and business goals.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience in marketing strategy and digital marketing tactics.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work as a flexible project-based consultant.
- Knowledge of marketing automation, website analysis and CRO tools.
- Excellent communication skills to discuss findings and recommendations.
