About the job:
With this position, we are looking for much more than a Youtube and Facebook Ads media buyer. We are looking for a superstar who can be the leader and our first hire for the marketing team. As Marketing Director at [login to view URL], you will be responsible for tasks and responsibilities such as:
- Manage and scale our $200k+/mo in Google/YouTube advertising
- Start and scale our Facebook advertising (having problems with banned ad accounts)
- Create strategies and campaigns, concepting, architecting and deploying omni channel campaigns focused on awareness and conversion to sales
- Develop overall marketing strategy for company (short-medium-long term)
- Manage resources (financial and other) in a manner that gives the highest ROI
- Increase organic traffic using new and different channels
- Help create great YouTube & Facebook ad creatives
- Optimize our marketing funnels
- Improve our copywriting
- Hire the rest of the marketing team
- Increase revenue and net profits of the company
Requirements:
As the title says, we’re looking for a superstar and this doesn’t mean anybody. You must satisfy all of the following requirements to be considered for this job:
- Experience setting up and managing YouTube ad campaigns
- Experience setting up and managing Facebook ad campaigns
- Proven track record of marketing expertise
- Love and passion for advertising and marketing
- Knowledge of landing pages, funnels, conversions, testing etc.
- Addicted to learning and getting better at your craft
- Committed to a long-term career
