I need to build my own rotating proxy for generating residential IP and rotate them by each request, this service currently exists, but is too much expensive for the use I need, they all charge by transfer and I need this for daily use for a non-profit project, so i cannot pay for something that is not generating income. I have my own bare metal servers to run the production build. I read about the way of doing this but I don't have the time or patience, so i need a person with the skills and who actually knows what they're doing to minimize time.
