Link Building for 3 websites

I need quality links for 3 website. Our websites are themed 1) 'Travel and Tours' 2) Solar Energy 4) Roofing. We need links from the same category. Links must adhere to the following guidelines:
> Need only one way links (PR1, PR2, PR3)
> Links has to be permanent (Or at-least stay on for 6 months, you must specify in bid the type)
> Accepted category - 1)Travel, Tours, Holidays 2)Solar Energy, Solar Power, Environment, Green Energy 3) Roofing
> Both Projects require 50% of all links to be of .au domains (Australian Domains)
> Only English Language links
> No Cheap info domains
> No cloaking, banned sites, link farms, blog farms, scraped content sites, mirror sites, or sites overrun with contextual advertising and pop ups.
> Link has to be with given Anchor text
> No pages excluded by [url removed, login to view] and the anchor text must not contain the "rel=nofollow" tag
> Each link should be on a unique domain/Sub-domain
> No dynamically generated links. All links would be 100% static, pure HTML
> Link can’t be within a frame or iframe. Links must not be hidden. All links will be visible and readable
> No JavaScript or redirect script. No flash sites. Links would be search engine friendly
> NO links from blog comments, article directories, link farms, forums, blog farms, classifieds, directories, social bookmarks, spam sites, link directories, link exchange, guest books, web rings, FFAs, gambling, dating, x-rated adult, newsgroups, violence, sex, hatred, hacker, pharmacy, or spa
> The page where link is provided must not have more than 50 links
> Must not be cheap quality site with no origional content, created only for links
> Site must not have any external links on home page
> NO freely hosted sites (geocities, social-bookmarking, geo-cities, google, etc)
> Links must be placed on web pages of RELATED content
> All work shall be performed in an ethical (white hat) method in compliance with Google guidelines - No spam emails.
NOTE: Our quality check is really strict so those who can not provide quality work adhering to the guidelines are advised not waste their time/effort. After work is completed all links will need to be provided and checked. Only links meeting the above criteria will be paid for. There should be none of these in your link building process and if this becomes a constant percentage of the links provided then termination of your work will occur.
This is very likely to be an on-going monthly project for next 6 months or so, bidders please bear that in mind. Please include the word *therapy* in your bid/message to indicate you are human and have read all guidelines thoroughly. If someone needs further clarification, please PM.
