Someone to provide me Genuine leads for my IT company regularly

I am looking for someone who can provide me with genuine leads for my IT company on a regular basis.
Target Industry: Technology Service (B2B)
Location: I am targeting globally, so leads from any location are welcome.
Budget: I am willing to spend Rs.1.5 per lead. I will pay you 150 Rs. Every 100 Lead where at least 5 deals should close. I will additionally pay you a 2% comission.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in lead generation for the technology industry
- Knowledge of different lead generation strategies
- Ability to provide genuine and high-quality leads
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with the IT market and its trends
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Proven track record of successful lead generation
