Web based time sheet collection application

We want a time sheet application that will recognise the employee from their login, ideally Windows Authentication, and will show them a grid with dates on the columns, and the rows showing Projects and Tasks. They will then enter the hours worked into the cells of the grid, and this needs to be saved to a SQL database. They will be able to click a button to change the list of current projects that they want to see. It should then update the grid with the list of selected projects and the related tasks. The month, date, employee, project, task, and valid project and task combinations tables will all be populated in the database by another app. You just need to provide two screens the initial grid where they enter the hours worked into the Date, and Project/Task grid, and a dialog box to allow them to change the list of current projects.
