Rails Chat Web Application

Need a chat application in rails (same as messenger) in which following things are required.

1. Last seen and online statuses.

2. message sent and seen statuses.

3. Can transfer files - (images, videos, pdf, text, word, excel sheets).

4. File will be stored in backend using paperclip in 'documents' table.

5. User will be identified by current_user method and is stored in users table.

6. App must use action cable or any unlimited free third party api.

7. Front end should be clean enough like messenger.
