We need a chrome extension made that will work as a chatbot on the active browser tab. needs to have an input section in the settings menu that will set keywords and keyphrases (questions) and responses. The chatbot will randomly select responses to keyphrases etc.

This should be a low cost project. Bidders on this project should have extensive experience in chrome extensions and chat bots.
