Python or C# SVG animation player recorder

Hi,

I need a python or C# app that will display and record SVG animations using the snapsvg viewbox: [url removed, login to view] (we need to use a viewbox/canvas).

1. We will add an animation similar to this:

-YOU MUST ADD A LOAD SVG IMAGE OPTION

2. ADD A 'RECORD ANIMATION' OPTION - and then we will record the animation on mp4 - you can use VLC command line or any other NATIVE recording solution at 25 fps.
