I would like a function build for a not standard HUE switch to turn a lamp on and off and dimmer for a HUE bulb.

Function 1 - shortpress Turn lamp on, long press dimmer up from current lightstatus to 100

Function 2 - shortpress Turn lamp off, long press dimmer down from current lightstatus to 0

I would like to call the function (in order not to set it up for every bulb) like

rule Kitchen DimmerUP switch1 bulb1 or whatever the function is called
