I need a vivid explanation on how to develop a code and deploy it online ..

Just give me the details on a word document.

A simple login page and log out page --> if we click logout in log in page it should pass the control to the logout page.

how to develop the code in eclipse( I know it so you can leave this part). But how to create a connection to the database (Mysql)(I have a problem connecting the Mysql to the Eclipse)--> so if you could help me on this step by step will be really helpful

just a table with login details say username and password--> authentication.

If any one has something in ready please share it ...else can you complete this work asap..
